Honeywell Plantwide Optimizer received the award for “Best Automation Technology” and Honeywell Safety Watch Real-Time Locating System was named “Best Health, Safety or Environmental Contribution.”

The 2022 HP Awards recognized innovative technologies and people that have been instrumental in improving facility operations.

• Honeywell Plantwide Optimizer received the award for “Best Automation Technology.” It is an optimization solution that helps to close the gap between planning and execution, utilizes existing advanced process control (APC) components and connectivity, and incorporates wider scope within facilities with speed and agility. The software delivers an end-to-end dynamic optimization solution in near real-time doing coordination designed to maximize plant profit, meet product demand and eliminate quality giveaways. • HP named Honeywell Safety Watch Real-Time Locating System as “Best Health, Safety or Environmental Contribution.” The system uses real-time data to monitor workforce safety while improving the compliance and effectiveness of personnel in the field. The solution is part of Honeywell’s safety digitization portfolio that enables safety for people, processes and plants while managing operational risk.
